All Simple Web Works packages include a 15 day money back guarantee. If you are dissatisfied with our service for any reason, you will receive a full refund if you cancel your order within 15 days of your order payment date.

Our refund policy may not apply for certain additional items (ask your Account Manager for details). Any installation fees, such as but not limited to BlackBerry, Sharepoint, Archiving and other services are not refundable. No refunds are available after 15 days. Our refund policy does not apply to customers who had previously received a refund for the same service. Any request for cancellation must be received via written notice via regular mail or in person at our office in Lubbock, TX. You will receive a confirmation upon the cancellation of your order. Cancellations over the telephone and informal email are not accepted.

Accounts canceled/terminated by Simple Web Works for violating our Terms of Use do not qualify for the 15 day money back guarantee. For example, if your account is canceled due to spamming, you will not be given any refund.

Please allow 6-8 weeks for refunds of check or money order payments. Additional processing fees apply for credit card refunds.
